A valid address of the end user within the same area code as the number
Toll-Free Numbers:
No hosting documentation required
Porting Process Overview
Submit Your Porting Request
Send your request to the CloudTalk Porting Team to begin the process.

Cloudtalk team'll verify number portability and confirm the next steps.
โDocumentation Collection
Complete and sign the LOA (Letter of Authorization), and provide a recent invoice from your current telecom provider.
โSubmission to Carrier
CloudTalk submits your request to our partner carrier, who then forwards it to your current provider.
โApproval or Rejection
If approved, Cloudtalk team will confirm the porting date (typically 2โ4 business days in advance).
If rejected, Cloudtalk team will share the reason and guide you on how to correct and resubmit the request.
Common Rejection Reasons

LOA incomplete or unsigned | Make sure all fields are filled out and the document is signed digitally |
Mismatched address or number | Confirm with your provider that the end-user address and number(s) match |
Invoice does not show numbers | Submit a telecom invoice that lists the number(s) being ported |
Hosting address missing (local) | Include a valid address within the same geographic zone as the number |
