This article will talk briefly about how Salesloft's data transfers and synchronizes into the CloudTalk interface. There's a separate article for help with integrating Salesloft into CloudTalk.
How It Works
Contacts are imported when you first add the integration. Afterward, any new or updated contacts in CloudTalk or Salesloft are synchronized immediately after you changes are saved from either interface.
Contacts are merged when multiple Salesloft Contacts have the same phone number, email address, or name. See Merging Contacts for details.
