Configure noCRM

Integrate noCRM with CloudTalk to boost your outbound productivity and streamline call logging within your sales pipeline.

Learn how to set up your noCRM integration with CloudTalk.

Prerequisites

To connect CloudTalk with noCRM, you’ll need:

Integration Setup

Follow these steps to enable the integration:

  1. Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard.

  2. Go to Account > Integrations and find noCRM.

  3. Click ➕ Add.

  4. Paste your API Key and enter your noCRM URL (https://yourworkspace.nocrm.io).

  5. Click Save, toggle on Activate and click Save settings.

Once activated, the integration status will be visible in your CloudTalk dashboard and in noCRM > Admin Panel > Integrations > CloudTalk.

Enable Call Logging & Notifications

Inside noCRM, you can configure how calls are logged and when notifications are sent:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Phone App Settings in noCRM.

  2. Under CloudTalk, enable:

    • Call activity logging: Logs call events in the lead’s activity history.

    • Missed call alerts: Turn on Attach missed calls and notify the user to get notifications when a call is missed.

When complete, the integration status will be visible under Admin Panel > Integrations > CloudTalk.

Phone Number Formatting

To ensure proper matching and call logging, check the following:

  • All lead phone numbers must be in international format (e.g., +44 1234 567890).

  • Phone numbers should be stored in the default Phone or Mobile field.

    • You can review these in Admin Panel > Default Fields.

Incorrect formatting or misaligned fields can prevent leads from syncing properly.

Making Calls from noCRM

With the integration active, you can call leads directly from their profile or from prospecting lists.

Requirements

  • Disable other dialer extensions or Chrome plugins that may conflict.

  • On your computer, set CloudTalk as the default app for phone links.

  • In your browser, allow microphone access.

Calling from Contact Profiles

  • Click the Call button next to a lead’s number.

  • The CloudTalk desktop dialer will open with the number pre-filled.

  • After the call, all outcomes are logged in the lead’s activity timeline.

Once configured:

  • You can click phone numbers in noCRM to trigger calls via the extension.

  • All calls and outcomes will still be tracked and logged in the lead’s activity timeline.

Calling from Prospecting Lists

  • Open a Prospecting List in noCRM.

  • Click the Call icon next to a prospect’s number.

  • If the number isn’t linked to an existing lead, CloudTalk will create a new one automatically.

  • Calls and results are tracked in the lead’s history.

  • Learn more about prospecting lists in noCRM.

Disconnect or Deactivate Integration

You have two options if you no longer want to use the integration:

  • Deactivate: In your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to Account > Integrations > noCRM and toggle the status to inactive. This pauses syncing but keeps your settings.

  • Uninstall: To remove the integration completely, go to Configure > Delete Integration, type DELETE, and confirm.

API Key Retrieval

If you don’t yet have an API key, generate one in noCRM:

  1. Sign in to your noCRM.io account.

  2. Go to Admin Panel > Integrations > API > API Keys.

  3. Click Create an API Key, then copy it.

  4. Use this key when setting up the integration in CloudTalk.
