In this article, you will learn how to integrate noCRM with CloudTalk, enable call logging and notifications, and manage or disconnect your integration.

User level: Admin

Once connected, learn how calls are handled and how data is synced between CloudTalk and noCRM in Using CloudTalk with noCRM.

Prerequisites

To connect CloudTalk with noCRM, you’ll need:

  • Admin access in both CloudTalk and noCRM.

  • Your company URL in the format: https://yourworkspace.nocrm.io

  • The email address you use in CloudTalk must match exactly with the email address in your noCRM account. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.

Configure noCRM

  1. From your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to Account > Integrations and find noCRM.

  2. Click ➕ Add.

  3. Paste your API Key and enter your noCRM URL (https://yourworkspace.nocrm.io).

If you don’t yet have an API key, generate one in noCRM:

    1. Sign in to your noCRM.io account.

    2. Go to Admin Panel > Integrations > API > API Keys.

    3. Click Create an API Key, then copy it.

    4. Use this key when setting up the integration in CloudTalk.

  4. Click Save, toggle on Activate and click Save settings.

Enable Call Logging & Notifications

Inside noCRM, you can configure how calls are logged and when notifications are sent:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Phone App Settings in noCRM.

  2. Under CloudTalk, enable:

    • Call activity logging: Logs call events in the lead’s activity history.

    • Missed call alerts: Turn on Attach missed calls and notify the user to get notifications when a call is missed.

When complete, the integration status will be visible under Admin Panel > Integrations > CloudTalk.

Disconnect or Remove Integration

You have two options if you no longer want to use the integration:

  • Deactivate: In your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to Account > Integrations > noCRM and toggle the status to inactive. This pauses syncing but keeps your settings.

  • Remove: To remove the integration completely, go to Configure > Delete Integration, type DELETE, and confirm.
