Learn how to set up your noCRM integration with CloudTalk.

Integration Setup
To configure the integration, you'll need your noCRM API Key and company URL.
Retrieve your API Key
Sign in to your noCRM.io account.
Go to Admin Panel > Integrations > API > API Keys.
Click Create an API Key, then copy it.
2. Connect CloudTalk to noCRM
Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard.
Navigate to Account > Integrations, find noCRM, and click + Add.
Paste your API Key and enter your noCRM URL (format:
https://yourworkspace.nocrm.io
).
Click Save, then Activate the integration.
Enable Call Logging & Notifications
Once connected, you can configure additional call logging and notification options inside noCRM:
Go to Admin Panel > Phone App Settings in noCRM.
Under CloudTalk, enable:
Call activity logging: Logs call events in the lead’s activity history.
Missed call alerts: Turn on Attach missed calls and notify the user to get notifications when a call is missed.
When complete, the integration status will be visible under Admin Panel > Integrations > CloudTalk.
Phone Number Formatting in noCRM
To ensure proper matching and call logging, check the following:
All lead phone numbers must be in international format (e.g.,
+44 1234 567890
).Phone numbers should be stored in the default Phone or Mobile field.
You can review these in Admin Panel > Default Fields.
Incorrect formatting or misaligned fields can prevent leads from syncing properly.
Calling from noCRM
Once the integration is active, you can place calls directly from noCRM using the CloudTalk desktop app.
Using Click-to-Call Extension
Setup Instructions:
Make sure the CloudTalk Click-to-Call browser extension is installed and enabled.
Disable any other Chrome extensions or dialers that may conflict with click-to-dial behavior.
On your computer, set CloudTalk as the default app for phone links.
In your browser preferences, allow microphone access and choose CloudTalk to handle dialing links.
Once configured:
You can click phone numbers in noCRM to trigger calls via the extension.
All calls and outcomes will still be tracked and logged in the lead’s activity timeline.
Calling from Prospecting Lists
You can also place calls from Prospecting Lists in noCRM:
Click the Call icon next to any prospect’s number.
If the number isn’t yet linked to a lead, CloudTalk will automatically create a new lead.
Calls are logged in noCRM with full activity details.
Disconnect noCRM Integration
If you need to stop using the integration:
In your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to Account > Integrations.
Next to noCRM, click Configure.
Scroll down and select Delete Integration.
Type DELETE to confirm and finalize the removal.
This will disable all syncing and call logging between CloudTalk and noCRM.
