Contact sync

CloudTalk syncs contacts with Outreach Prospects and Accounts. Contacts are merged when multiple Outreach Prospects share the same phone number, email address, or name. A link to the Outreach Prospect profile is stored in the CloudTalk contact, and contacts synced from Outreach are automatically tagged outreach.
