This article will help you add an ActiveCampaign integration into CloudTalk.
User Level:

Requirements
An Essential, Expert, or Custom plan with CloudTalk
ActiveCampaign account admin
ActiveCampaign account API Key and API URL
Configuration
Add ActiveCampaign into CloudTalk
Have the API Key and API URL of your ActiveCampaign account ready to copy and paste.
From the dashboard, navigate to Account > Integrations.
Hover over the ActiveCampaign integration and select
+ Add
.Optional: Enter a Caption to give your integration a unique name (useful for companies with multiple ActiveCampaign integrations).
In the Workflow settings section, select
New Authentication
.Enter your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key.
Create
.Select
Finish
within the Authentication section andSave
when done editing your workflow settings.
Connected Numbers + SMS
To only log calls for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers section. You can also search and add numbers to the Connected numbers for SMS section when you only want to log SMS messages for those numbers.
Not adding any numbers within these sections means that messages and/or calls for all numbers will be logged in ActiveCampaign.
