ActiveCampaign + CloudTalk
Add ActiveCampaign into CloudTalk
Login to your CloudTalk Dashboard.
Go to Account > Integrations.
Look for Add Integration. In the Add Integration section, find ActiveCampaign and click
Optional - Give your integration a unique name (useful for companies with separate ActiveCampaign integrations for different teams).
Look for Workflow Settings. In the Workflow Settings section, click
Enter your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key. Click
Finishto save Workflow Settings.
To only log calls for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers section.
To only log SMS messages for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers for SMS section.
Check the top of the page. Make sure Integration is set to Active.
