Configure ActiveCampaign

Configure data exchange between CloudTalk and ActiveCampaign to ensure your data stays up to date.

In this article you will learn how to connect ActiveCampaign to CloudTalk, configure your data sync settings, and disconnect the integration if needed.

Requirements

Configure ActiveCampaign

Have the API Key and API URL of your ActiveCampaign account ready to copy and paste.

  1. From your Dashboard, navigate to Account > Integrations.

  2. From the list of integrations, hover over ActiveCampaign and select + Add.

  3. In the Workflow settings section, select New Authentication.

  4. Enter your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key. Create.

  5. Select Finish within the Authentication section and Save when done editing your workflow settings.

Integration Customization

  • Choose to only link activity from certain numbers to your ActiveCampaign integration by using the Connected numbers section. If this section is left blank, data associated with all company numbers will be synched.


  • Specify a tag for your ActiveCampaign contacts in CloudTalk

Disconnect or Remove Integration

You have two options if you no longer want to use the integration:

  • Deactivate: In your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to Account > Integrations > ActiveCampaign and toggle the status to inactive. This pauses syncing but keeps your settings.

  • Remove: To remove the integration completely, go to Configure > Delete Integration, type DELETE, and confirm.
