This article will help you add an ActiveCampaign integration into CloudTalk.

Requirements
An Essential, Expert, or Custom plan with CloudTalk
ActiveCampaign account admin
ActiveCampaign account API Key and API URL
Configure ActiveCampaign
Have the API Key and API URL of your ActiveCampaign account ready to copy and paste.
From your Dashboard, navigate to Account > Integrations.
From the list of integrations, hover over ActiveCampaign and select
+ Add.In the Workflow settings section, select
New Authentication.Enter your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key.
Create.Select
Finishwithin the Authentication section andSavewhen done editing your workflow settings.
The email address you use in CloudTalk must match exactly with the email address in your ActiveCampaign account. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.
Integration Customization
Choose to only link activity from certain numbers to your ActiveCampaign integration by using the Connected numbers section. If this section is left blank, data associated with all company numbers will be synched.
Specify a tag for your ActiveCampaign contacts in CloudTalk
