CloudTalk offers a 14-day free demo so you can explore the platform, test key features, and evaluate call quality before choosing a paid plan.

Who Can Sign Up?

The CloudTalk demo is available only to users with valid business email addresses.

  • Business domains like @yourcompany.com are supported

  • Public or free domains like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or @hotmail.com are not supported

Once the credit or SMS limit is used up, it cannot be extended. To continue testing, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan. Demo accounts cannot add billing details.

What happens when your free trial expires

CloudTalk now allows users with expired trials to sign in and upgrade their plan directly from the Dashboard.

When your free trial period ends:

  • You can still log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard.

  • A message or banner will appear, informing you that your trial has expired and you need to upgrade your plan to continue using CloudTalk.

  • Your dashboard access will be limited. You can view settings and plan options, but features such as calling, integrations, and some configuration tools will be disabled until you upgrade.

  • You can review available plans and upgrade directly from the Dashboard without contacting Support.

  • Certain features will remain unavailable until you select a paid plan.

FAQ

When Does the Trial Start?

Your 14-day trial begins as soon as you create your CloudTalk account and verify your email address.

Can I Add Team Members During the Trial?

Yes, you can invite your teammates to join CloudTalk and test the platform together.
All users on the account share the same trial credit and SMS allowance.

Can I Use International Numbers?

Your demo includes one free local number by default. If you need to test calling to or from specific countries:

  • We may be able to replace your trial number (see below).

  • Premium or documentation-required numbers are not guaranteed unless already in demo stock.

  • Certain countries are restricted due to regulatory or security policies.

Can I change my number during the trial?

Yes, a number change is possible if:

  • The replacement number costs less than €6 / $6

  • It does not require documentation

We cannot assign premium or documentation-required numbers, unless they already exist in our demo stock.

How do I cancel the trial?

There’s no manual cancellation required. Trial accounts automatically expire 14 days after registration.
