In this article, you will learn how geographic bundles work, what they include, what is not covered, and how to choose the right bundle for your team.
User level: Admin
Geographic bundles are optional add-ons that extend your existing calling package to additional destinations using your plan minutes.
If your base package includes the EU or US and Canada, but your team often calls other regions like Latin America or Asia, a geographic bundle allows those calls to be included in your plan instead of being charged from credit.
How Geographic Bundles Work
A geographic bundle adds a group of countries to your existing calling plan for a fixed monthly fee per user.
Once activated, calls to included countries are deducted from your plan minutes.
Key rules
Minimum 3 users required
Bundles can only be activated on accounts with at least 3 seats.US and Canada are always included
All bundles include unlimited calls to the United States and Canada.EEA and UK calling restriction
If your bundle includes EEA or UK destinations, calls must be made from an EEA or UK number.
Calling Europe from a US number is not covered.Shared minute allowance
Bundles do not include separate minutes.
They extend your existing plan allowance:Starter: 500 minutes
Essential and Expert: up to 3,000 minutes (Fair Usage Policy applies)
Example:
You are on the Essential plan with an EU package and add the LATAM bundle.
Your included minutes can now be used across EU and LATAM destinations, plus US and Canada.

How to Choose the Right Bundle
Where does your team call most often?
Review your call history or Credit Export Movement to see which countries generate the most charges. If most of your credit usage comes from a specific region, a regional bundle such as DACH, LATAM, Asia, or AU, NZ, UK may be the most cost-effective choice.
Do you need coverage across multiple regions?
If your team regularly calls Europe, Latin America, and Asia, the World Lite or World bundle can combine everything into a single add-on. This is often more cost-effective than using multiple regional bundles.
How many minutes do you use?
Bundles use the same minutes as your base package. If your team already uses most of its allowance, adding a bundle will not increase your total minutes. It only expands the destinations those minutes can cover.
