How do I cancel my subscription?

A quick guide to cancelling your CloudTalk subscription

To cancel your subscription, you'll need to navigate to the Billing page in your CloudTalk Dashboard.

Firstly, navigate to Dashboard > Account > Billing.

Underneath 'Current plan', click on 'Cancel subscription' and choose the date you would like to cancel.

After confirming your cancellation date, you'll see a notification under 'Current Plan'.

Important notice: According to our Refund policy, our service is billed in advance on a yearly basis and is non-refundable. There’s also a 14-day risk-free trial period to fully test the service before committing to a paid subscription.
