CloudTalk doesn’t have a single “export everything” button. Each type of data is exported from its own area of the Dashboard or through the API. This article shows where to go for each one.
Exporting through the API requires a plan with API access (Essential or Expert). See Understanding pricing plans and what they include.
Call history
In Analytics, click Export to download your call history as a CSV file. Times in the export are in UTC; see Call log. To save the details of a single call as a PDF, see Export call details.Messages
In the Messages report in Analytics, click Export to download your messages as a CSV file. See Messages report.Contacts
There’s no export button for contacts in the Dashboard. Use the API instead: List contacts returns your contacts page by page. You need an API key; see How to access and generate your CloudTalk API keys.Call recordings
You can download recordings one at a time in Analytics; see Call recordings. There’s no bulk download in the Dashboard. To download many recordings, use the API: Recording media returns the recording for one call at a time.AI Sales Dialer campaign data
