Using your CloudTalk dashboard, you can easily locate and download documents containing all your call charges for specified times, dates, and agents.
1. Accessing Call Charges in the Dashboard
Go to Analytics > Call Log > Export.
In the top-right corner, use filters to refine your search.
2. Exporting Call Charges Data
After applying filters, click Export.
Choose CSV to download the data.
Open the exported file to find the Price column, which displays the charge for each call.
Open the call-history excel document as shown below, find 'Price' to see the charge for each call.
