You can top up your account anytime with a credit or debit card.
From the dashboard, navigate to Account > Billing.
Here, you can see your current credit balance, card details, and billing data. To pay for more credit, select either Automatic adding credit or One-time adding credit.
Automatic Credit Recharge
To activate automatic credit recharge, follow the steps above to see your credit payment options.
Next to Automatic adding credit, toggle on the slider to the right.
Specify an amount for: Add this amount to my CloudTalk account ___ If balance falls below ____. Your saved credit card will be charged automatically once your credit balance falls under the specified amount.
Save and Turn Onto finalize changes.
By enabling this feature, you will make sure that you never find yourself in a situation when you can’t make calls due to insufficient credit.
Make a One-time Payment
If you want to make a one-time payment to top up your account, follow the steps above to see your credit payment options.
Select the desired amount under One-time adding credit.
Click Pay Now to confirm the amount. Your account will immediately be topped up using the saved payment method.
What is credit used for?
Credit is deducted in real-time for:
Outbound calls. These are charged on a per-minute rate, based on the destination country.
Toll-free numbers - Inbound or outbound calls. Check the pricing for toll-free numbers.
Speech to Text. This can be billed either from credit or with an invoice.
