Toll-free numbers are phone numbers that can be dialed from landlines and mobiles with no charge for the person placing the call. These numbers allow callers to reach businesses without being charged with a fee.
Toll-free numbers are mainly used for inbound customer service calls. In most cases, toll-free numbers are assigned to those call centers where agents handle incoming calls.
Toll-Free numbers can make outbound calls in select cases, but it's not supported in some countries. If the local networks detect an outbound call coming from a toll-free caller ID, the Caller ID can be hidden or the call can be blocked entirely.
Important notice: Outbound calls from toll-free numbers can be filtered, blocked or not properly routed to its destination by terminating carriers (your contacts/customers).
This feature is not enabled by default, so please contact our Customer Support Team to see if outbound calls can be enabled on your toll-free number(s).

outbound calling from Toll-Free numbers is only possible on Best Effort Basis. CloudTalk can enable outbound calls, but please note that there is a higher change of calls being filtered and blocked, caller ID hidden, or calls marked as likely spam or likely sales
