To bring your existing number into Cloudtalk, you will need to port it. Porting a number means that it will be fully transferred to a new operating network or carrier.
The CloudTalk Portability table (below) includes our standard countries, from which you can port your numbers in, along with pricing details and estimated processing times.
To start a porting request for your existing phone numbers, you will need to send us an email to [email protected] with the subject "Port-in request" and provide us with the following information and documents:
We always recommend getting in touch with your current service provider to make sure the number is portable on their side, and to verify all registration information related to the number. This will help avoid any unnecessary delays or rejections during the process.
The number(s) that you wish to port in their international format (e.g.+442012345678).
The name of your current service provider from whom you want us to port the number. This will be the company with whom you have your contract or active account.
The name of the range holder or underlying carrier (This might be different from the service provider, but they will be able to tell you who the underlying carrier or operator is).
The name of the person, company or organization to whom the number is registered with the underlying carrier.
Full service address of the person, company or organization to whom the number is registered with the underlying carrier.
A copy of your last bill for the number(s) you want us to port.
We will check whether the number can be ported and send you a Letter of Authorization (LOA) template to fill out, sign, and send us back.
* All rates in the above table are in EUR and per one phone number. Your request may contain unlimited number of phone numbers, however, all numbers included in the request must be from a single carrier.
* Price of the port-in may vary based on the type of the phone number (i.e. special numbers, geographic, national, mobile, toll-free numbers).
If you want to port more than 100 phone numbers or if you submit more than 10 requests, the price will be calculated on an individual basis.
Additional information to ensure a smooth and hassle-free port-in:
