Ready to configure the CloudTalk + monday.com integration?
Follow the step-by-step instructions in our Configure monday.com guide.

Call Logging and Data Exchange

Contact Sync

All external contacts and leads from monday.com are imported into CloudTalk when the initial sync automation is installed on the relevant board.

If a contact does not exist in CloudTalk but exists in monday.com, it will be automatically created and matched in CloudTalk as soon as it is created in monday.com.

Call Logging & Export

After each call ends, CloudTalk automatically exports the call record to the relevant board or boards in monday.com based on your configured recipes. If the contact already exists, a new timeline record is created.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Calls and contacts can be exported to multiple boards.

Each exported call record also includes AI-powered call insights:

  • AI Call Summary: a short summary of the conversation

  • Call Sentiment: automatic detection of the call's emotional tone

  • Extracted Topics: key topics discussed during the call

  • Link to AI Call Details: a direct link to CloudTalk's full AI analysis of the call

This helps your team quickly scan calls and understand customer sentiment without listening to every recording.

Tags and Notes

  • Call tags added in CloudTalk appear in the timeline entry in monday.com.

  • If a tag is removed in CloudTalk, it is removed in monday.com as well.

  • Notes added to a call in CloudTalk are synced to the corresponding call record in monday.com.

FAQ

Can I customize which boards data is exported to?

Yes. monday.com uses a recipe-based logic. You can set up multiple recipes to export contacts or calls to specific boards. A single CloudTalk event (like a call or new contact) can trigger multiple exports.

What happens if I remove the integration?

Removing the integration will stop any future data sync between CloudTalk and monday.com. Historical data already synced will remain in monday.com.

Who can use this integration?

Any CloudTalk user with access to the Integrations section can install and configure it, but monday.com admin permissions are required to complete the OAuth flow.
