How to Use Workable with CloudTalk

Connect Workable with CloudTalk to sync candidates, log calls and SMS, and streamline hiring.

This guide explains how to integrate Workable with CloudTalk to automatically sync contacts, log calling and messaging activity, and use click-to-call directly from candidate profiles.

User level:

  • Admin, Supervisor, Agent


Once the integration is active, CloudTalk and Workable will start sharing data automatically. You’ll be able to sync candidate details, log communication history, and call directly from within Workable.

What the Integration Does

Contact Sync

Once you connect Workable with CloudTalk, all existing candidates from Workable are imported into CloudTalk as contacts. From there, any new or updated candidates in Workable will continue to sync automatically.

The sync also works the other way around. If your team creates or updates a contact in CloudTalk, that information is sent back to Workable. This keeps both systems up to date without any manual steps.

Use Click-to-Call in Workable

After setting up the integration and assigning your CloudTalk numbers, you can start calling candidates straight from Workable. Just click the number, and the CloudTalk Phone app will open with the number already filled in.

Activity Logging

Call Activity Export

All CloudTalk call activity is automatically logged in Workable. You’ll see call details attached to the candidate’s profile in Workable, so your hiring team can keep track of communication history without switching tools.

SMS Activity Export

The same goes for text messages. Any SMS sent via CloudTalk will be exported to Workable and recorded under the associated candidate’s profile.
