Learn how to change your company email, or the emails of your users.

Email Addresses
For security reasons, we are not able to change email addresses on anyone's behalf, whether for a user or in company settings. However, these are changes you can easily accomplish on your own through the dashboard.
Change Company Email
From the dashboard, navigate to Account > Settings.
Company email is near the top in General > Basic Settings.
Save changes after any edits (page bottom).
Change User Email
As an admin, you can change the associated emails of other users.
Note that this action will affect VOIP details for the user and change the email through which they receive notifications and password recovery confirmations.
From the dashboard, navigate to Users.
Select the edit icon next to the user you want to edit.
Within Basic settings, you can change the Email listed.
Save user to finalize changes.
