How It Works
Contacts
Import contacts from Copper to CloudTalk
Contacts are merged when multiple Copper Contacts have the same phone number, email address, or name. See Merging Contacts for details.

Calls
Create Phone Call activities in Copper for CloudTalk calls
Users can limit the calls which are sent out by assigning specific CloudTalk numbers in the Connected numbers section. See Additional Info in this guide to configuration for help.
Calls are linked to their Copper person, company, and all opportunities.
In the integration settings, users can choose which contact will be assigned for missed calls, as well as for calls coming from a CloudTalk agent who is not a Copper user.

SMS
Create tasks in Copper for CloudTalk SMS
Users can limit the SMS messages which are sent out by assigning specific CloudTalk numbers in the Connected numbers for SMS section. See Additional Info in this guide to configuration for help.
Calls are linked to their Copper person, company, and all opportunities.
In the integration settings, users can choose which contact will be assigned for SMSs coming from a CloudTalk agent who is not a Copper user.
