Paid Plans
We have a 14 day risk-free trial period which lets you fully test what CloudTalk has to offer before committing to a paid subscription.
When upgrading to a paid plan, you will need to provide billing information. CloudTalk allows you to pay using a PayPal account or a credit or debit card, including:
Visa
Mastercard
American Express (US billing entity only)
American Express (AMEX) payments are supported only for customers billed under CloudTalk's US entity. If your billing entity is different, please use Visa or Mastercard.
SEPA direct debit is not currently available as a self-service payment option in CloudTalk. If your company requires direct debit and you are unable to pay by card, bank transfer, or PayPal, please contact your account manager or reach out through our Support portal to discuss your options.
Bank Transfer
Every CloudTalk invoice includes our bank account details. If you'd rather pay by bank transfer, for example, your invoice exceeds your card limit, your card was cancelled, or your company requires wire transfer for larger payments, you can pay directly using the details on the invoice.
No need to contact us before making the transfer. The bank details you need are already on your invoice. Simply use the IBAN and BIC shown there and include your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match it to your account.
All invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
If you've cancelled your CloudTalk account, you no longer have dashboard access, so the emailed invoice is your copy of the bank details. Lost the email or have a question about your invoice? Reach out through our Support portal and include your invoice number and company name.
Only use the bank details printed on your CloudTalk invoice. If anything about a payment request looks off, verify through our Support portal before transferring.
Still receiving billing reminders after paying? Automated reminder emails may continue for a few days while your bank transfer is being matched to your invoice. You can safely ignore these. Your account will not be suspended while the payment is being reconciled.
Requesting a payment link
If you're unable to pay an invoice by card or PayPal, you can request a payment link. Contact us and we'll send you a secure link to pay your invoice online. This is handled by our Finance team, so please reach out through the Support portal and we'll arrange it.
Privacy of Payment Information
CloudTalk does not retain information from customer credit cards. All data is directly forwarded to our payment processor, meaning CloudTalk does not require access to this information at any stage.
Data is encrypted from the moment the transmission starts. You can read more on our security page. You can also read our terms and conditions, section 7.4 Payment.
Need help or have a question? Just reach out through our Support portal — we're here for you.
