Find the Billing tab in Dashboard > Account > Billing

  1. Seats:

    Add seat: When you need to add an agent, see article > Inviting new team members

    Remove seat: First, you need to remove the agent through Agent tab > delete Agent. Then, you will see 'Remove unused seats'.

    Please note: if you delete the agent, only the agent and steps to this agent from call flow designer are removed, otherwise all data will remain the same.

    Your billing info will be used for invoice details.
