First, go Dashboard > Statics > Call History.
In the top right corner, you can filter by call rating, call tag, group, agent, number, and date.
After you filter conditions you need, you can click Download.
Open the call-history excel document will see as below, find 'Price' to see how much charge for each call is in the document.
