Simply, YES, all phone calls you make to other CloudTalk users within your company are free of charge.
You can also call your fellow colleagues/agents using their Extension number. You can find this in the Agents section (Example: 1001, 1002, 1035, etc).
Important notice: Please be aware that if you use CloudTalk to call a colleague on their cell phone, the call will be charged as an external one.
