Tips to start using your Outreach integration with the CloudTalk platform

This article will talk briefly about how you can adjust features of Outreach through the CloudTalk interface. If you're looking for help with integrating your Outreach into CloudTalk, click on the blue text.

How It Works

Contacts

  • Import contacts from Outreach to CloudTalk

    Contacts are merged when multiple Outreach Prospects have the same phone number, email address, or name. See Merging Contacts for details.

  • Create or update Outreach prospect when CloudTalk contact is created or updated

    Contact updates replace the existing name, all phone numbers, and all email addresses for the Outreach person. If no Outreach prospect is found for a given piece of data, a new Outreach prospect is created.
