How to Change or Cancel Subscription

A quick guide to cancelling your CloudTalk subscription

To change or cancel your subscription, you'll need to navigate to the Billing page in your CloudTalk Dashboard.

User Level:

  • Admin


Change your subscription

You can switch between plans directly in CloudTalk Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Account > Billing.

  2. Under Current plan, click Change plan.

  3. Select your new plan (Starter, Essential, Expert, or Custom).

    • Use the toggle in the top right to choose between monthly or annual billing.

      • By default, annual billing is preselected when creating a new subscription. You can switch to monthly anytime if preferred.

    • Pick the start date for when the change should take effect.

  4. Click Continue to confirm.

Your plan will update according to the chosen start date.

Note: Upgrades take effect immediately on the selected date.

Downgrades and billing-period switches may affect available features. If you’re unsure, contact our Support team for guidance.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Account > Billing.

  2. Under Current plan, click Cancel subscription.

  3. Choose the cancellation date and confirm.

  4. A confirmation notice will appear under Current plan once the cancellation is scheduled.

Important notice: According to our Refund Policy, CloudTalk services are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused months on annual plans, or upgrades/downgrades.
