To cancel your CloudTalk subscription, go to Dashboard > Account > Billing.
Underneath 'Current plan', click on 'Cancel subscription' and choose the date you would like to cancel.
We advice to choose the date at least 2 days prior the next payment day. That is usually the first day of a new month.
After confirming your cancellation date, you will see a notification under 'Current Plan'.
Important notice: According to our Refund policy, our Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There’s also a 14-day risk-free trial period to fully test the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
