How to Use CSipSimple with CloudTalk

A simple and quick setup guide for the CSipSimple mobile app

CSipSimple is an easy-to-use Android app that allows you to make and receive CloudTalk calls on your mobile device, as long as you have an internet connection.


Finding Your CloudTalk SIP Login Details

To connect any third-party SIP app, you’ll need SIP account credentials. These are different from your CloudTalk Dashboard or app login details.

  • For Administrators:

    1. Go to the Agents tab in your Dashboard.

    2. Find the agent’s profile and click the Edit icon (blue pencil).

    3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile to see the Username, Password, and Server.

  • For Agents:

    1. Go to My Profile in your Dashboard.

    2. Scroll down to find your SIP login information.

Important: If you don’t see SIP login details in either section, this option isn’t enabled for your account. An administrator can contact our Support team to request activation.

CSipSimple Setup

  1. Download the app from Google Play.

  2. Launch the app and select:

    • Always available

    • I’m allowed to use mobile

  3. Go to Add account and choose Basic.

  4. On the login screen:

    • Switch the first option to PBX is not used.

    • Enter your SIP Username, Password, and Server (from your CloudTalk SIP login credentials).

  5. Save your configuration.

That’s it! The app should now be ready to use.

We recommend using CloudTalk native apps whenever possible. Third-party apps like CSipSimple may not support certain CloudTalk features (such as Voicemail Drop or SMS) and our team cannot provide full technical support for them.
