Voice Messages and Missed Calls in your Dashboard
If your call center rarely has to deal with missed calls, you can still choose to handle them manually. In your Dashboard, find the list of calls in statistics, then click on the More button next to the missed calls statistics. This will display missed calls and voicemail recordings based on your selected filter.
