How It Works

Contacts

  • Import contacts from ActiveCampaign to CloudTalk

    Contacts are merged when multiple ActiveCampaign Contacts have the same phone number, email address, or name. See Merging Contacts for details.

  • Create or update ActiveCampaign contact when CloudTalk contact is created or updated

    ActiveCampaign only matches contacts by email address. If a CloudTalk contact has a different email address, a new ActiveCampaign contact is created.

Deals

  • Import all ActiveCampaign deals and update them when they're updated in ActiveCampaign

    This imports all the contact's opportunities (deals) to their CloudTalk contacts.
