How It Works
Contacts
Import contacts from ActiveCampaign to CloudTalk
Contacts are merged when multiple ActiveCampaign Contacts have the same phone number, email address, or name. See Merging Contacts for details.

Create or update ActiveCampaign contact when CloudTalk contact is created or updated
ActiveCampaign only matches contacts by email address. If a CloudTalk contact has a different email address, a new ActiveCampaign contact is created.
Deals
Import all ActiveCampaign deals and update them when they're updated in ActiveCampaign
This imports all the contact's opportunities (deals) to their CloudTalk contacts.

Calls
Create Call tasks in ActiveCampaign for CloudTalk calls
Users can limit the calls which are sent out by assigning specific CloudTalk numbers in the Connected numbers section. See Additional Info in this guide to configuration for help.
Calls are assigned to Contact when the contact has no ActiveCampaign deals.
Calls are assigned to All Deals when the contact has ActiveCampaign deals.
