Please be aware of the following important configuration when using our mobile app with Android
After locating the CloudTalk Go app in the Google Play store, click Install to download it to your mobile device
After it has downloaded and you have opened the app for the first time, you will be prompted to select CloudTalk Go as a Calling account. Please ensure that the toggle button is green, and click the back arrow button on the top left of the screen.
