In this article, we will show you how to use Zendesk Sell together with CloudTalk to easily initiate calls and access customer information.

If you prefer video setups, here's an instruction video on Zendesk Sell + CloudTalk - Integration Overview:

Outbound call with Click-to-Call feature logged as an activity

As a first step, it is necessary to install the Click-to-Call Chrome extension. After this, all phone numbers in your Zendesk Sell account will be converted into a clickable format and you can easily initiate calls with a single click.

After the call is initiated, you can learn more about your customer by accessing the most important caller's details with a single click.

To categorise your inbound calls and leads, you can add customised tags or write a note. After the call, you can evaluate the customer mood or call quality.

After clicking on Done, your call will be logged as an Activity in Zendesk Sell. When clicking the Activity detail, you can see all relevant information, such as:

  • the agent's name

  • call date

  • duration

  • call recording.

Easily open caller's Zendesk Sell profile before picking up the call

When receiving a call, you can access the caller's Zendesk Sell profile with a single click even before picking up the call. Based on the information stored like notes, files and previous calls, you can provide a better and more accurate service.

Missed calls & voicemails logged as an activity

When receiving a missed call from a customer, it will be logged as an Activity in a customer profile where you can see all the information.
