Configuring Integrations

To configure an integration, please follow these steps:

(Please note that only Administrators have access to the Integrations page.)

  • Log into your Dashboard using your email address and password.

  • Select the Account section.

  • Click on Integrations.

  • Choose the integration you want to configure and click on “+ADD”.

After clicking on “+ADD”, you will be presented with the configuration page of the chosen integration. The configuration options may vary, depending on the business tool that you are integrating your CloudTalk account with.

Is the “+ADD” button not available for you and you can only see “Contact us”? No worries! Do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance. We are always happy to help.

With most of our Integrations, you are able to synchronise:

  • Calls, Notes, Contacts, Recordings, Tags

  • Deals, Tickets, and Contacts

  • SMS

  • Recordings

  • Caller's details.

Click-to-Call Extension

With our Click-to-Call feature, you can initiate calls directly from your internet browser, CRM or helpdesk tool. Every phone number is automatically detected and converted to a clickable format. So, whenever your sales reps or agents need to make a phone call, they can simply click on a number on the web or in the interface of their favourite program.

Click-to-Call installation is easy and it takes only a few minutes. You can simply download the extension from your Chrome Web Store, with no need for special configuration or coding.
