Set up your Voicemail outside Business Hours
In the Business Hours section, please choose Type "Voicemail" or "Play sound and Voicemail" if you want to provide the caller with some information before allowing him to leave a message.
Then choose a ring group or a specific agent to whom the voicemail will be assigned. When a new voicemail comes in, the selected team or agent will receive a notification. If you select a combination of playing a message and voicemail, you can select one of the messages included in Welcome Messages.
Set up voicemail for missed calls
Open the Menu, go to the Account section, click on Settings. In Basic Settings, find Voicemail which allows you to turn on or turn off this feature for your CloudTalk account. You can also select a voicemail message and a team or a specific agent to whom the voicemail will be assigned. Notifications of new voicemail will be sent individually after each call.
You can listen to the voicemail in the email notification or in your CloudTalk account interface.
