Custom attributes optimise all your contact details and let you collect just the information that is actually relevant for you. Each contact can contain a considerable amount of information and, depending on your business, you may be interested in different parts of this. That's why CloudTalk lets you add your own custom fields

How to create custom attributes

You can make as many custom fields as you wish. Only those custom fields that have been filled in will display.  You can add and remove custom attributes in Account - Settings by scrolling down to Contacts and clicking on +Add custom attribute:

After you have finished creating your custom attributes, don’t forget to click on Save settings.

If you wish to cancel the changes you’ve made, just delete the name of the field and save the change. Empty fields will automatically be removed from all contacts.

New attributes will be displayed in the Real-time Customer Card, in the contact’s detail, and when adding or editing contacts. You can create custom attributes even during the call.
