Account Verification Process Overview
Once you’ve submitted the free trial form, our system will take a quick look at your application. From there, one of two things can happen:
Auto-approved: You’ll receive an activation email with a link. Just click it and you’ll be able to jump straight into your CloudTalk dashboard.
Manual review: Sometimes we need a bit more information to verify your business. In that case, you’ll get an email with the subject line "Activate your CloudTalk account” or “Let’s get your CloudTalk trial activated”, asking you to share a few extra details.
Required Information for Manual Verification
If manual verification is needed, we may ask you to provide:
Business identity details
Your company’s legal name and trading name
Business registration number and the relevant commercial register
Online presence verification
Link to your company website
Link to a business social profile (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
If your online presence is limited, we may also request a scanned copy of your business registration document.

After Verification
Once your account is verified and activated:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with login instructions.
You can log in to your CloudTalk dashboard.
You can use the platform via the desktop app, web app, or mobile app.
You’ll have full access to your free trial features.
You can upgrade to a paid plan when you’re ready.

Why do I need to provide business information?
As per CloudTalk’s policy, all clients must verify business details. This helps us work with properly registered companies, grant access only to authorized representatives, prevent fraud, and comply with industry regulations.
I didn’t receive an activation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team and we’ll resend the activation email.
How long does the verification process take?
Auto-approvals are immediate. Manual verifications are typically processed within 24–48 hours after you provide the requested information.
My company doesn’t have a formal business registration. Can I still use CloudTalk?
