The more of you who tested the AI Sales Dialer this year, the more feedback came in. And the more feedback came in, the clearer one thing got: this deserved a real rebuild, not another round of patches on top of what's already there.
So heading into summer, that's the call we've made. We're taking the summer to rebuild the AI Sales Dialer from the ground up.
What "rebuild" actually means
This isn't a redesign or a version bump. It's a greenfield rebuild — new architecture, built AI-first from day one, shaped around everything you've told us you need from it rather than what the original platform happened to support. It's a bigger investment than we'd normally make on a single product. The dialer is a core part of CloudTalk, and we want to get it right, using everything you've already told us.
The team is fully focused on this starting now. We're aiming to bring it to you in late summer.
The part we want to be upfront about
To put everything into building this properly, we're deprioritizing smaller fixes and improvements to the current dialer for now. It's not going anywhere — it keeps running exactly as it does today, it's just not where the team's attention is for the next few months.
If something is critically affecting your ability to operate — you can't make or receive calls, something is broken at the core — that still gets fixed, full stop, same priority it's always had. The smaller stuff, the papercuts, the nice-to-haves, will sit for a bit. A lot of that gets resolved by the rebuild itself, since it's being built directly around the feedback that flagged it.
What happens between now and launch
Keep using the current dialer as normal, and keep reporting issues and feedback as you always would, including the small stuff. It's exactly what's shaping the new version.
We'll share progress as we get closer to launch, including what to expect and how the transition will work.
