This article explains how to set up the connection between CloudTalk and Shopify.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Admin access to your CloudTalk account
Login credentials for your Shopify account
Matching email address in both CloudTalk and Shopify (required for sync to work correctly)
Configure Shopify
Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard.
Go to Account > Integrations.
Find Shopify in the list and click + Add.
Under Shopify Authentication, click New Authentication.
In the Create a new authentication dialog:
Confirm or edit the authentication name (auto-filled with your account name).
Enter your Shop subdomain. You can find it in your Shopify admin URL:
https://admin.shopify.com/store/yoursubdomain.
βExample: If your admin URL ishttps://admin.shopify.com/store/yourcompanystore, enteryourcompanystore.
Click Create. A Shopify login window will open. Sign in to authorize the connection.
Once you approve, you will see an Authentication completed banner on the setup page.
In the Shopify subdomain field below the authentication section, enter your shop subdomain again.
Choose which CloudTalk numbers will be used for:
Connected Numbers (for Calls)
Connected numbers for SMS
Click Submit, then Finish to complete the setup.
Disconnect Shopify Integration
If you no longer want to use the Shopify integration with CloudTalk, follow these steps to remove it:
Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard and go to Account > Integrations from the left-hand menu.
Find the Shopify integration and click Configure.
Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Integration.
When prompted, type
DELETEto confirm and click Delete again.
The integration with Shopify will now be successfully removed from your CloudTalk account.
