Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Admin access to your CloudTalk account
Active access to the CRM account you are re-authorizing (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
For OAuth-based integrations: login credentials for the CRM account with the required permission scopes
For API token-based integrations: a valid API token generated from your CRM
The email address you use in CloudTalk must match exactly with the email address in your Shopify account. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.

Go to Account > Integrations.
Select Shopify from the list of available integrations.

Click Create an app.
Enter a name like CloudTalk Integration.
Choose yourself (or another admin) as the App developer.
Click Create app.

Under Admin API integration, click Configure.
Grant the app the necessary permissions (e.g., access to Customer and Order data).
