Change Password

If you want to change your password, please navigate to to access the Dashboard. After this, click on the Login button in the upper right-hand corner.

Click the "Email Address" next to the online/offline status

Choose "Profile"

Here, you will be able to change your password - remember to click SAVE

Reset Password

1) You can also reset your password using the following link:

please log out of the dashboard or use incognito mode browser

You can open an incognito window by:

windows- Press Ctrl + Shift + n

Mac- Press โŒ˜ + Shift + n

After you open the link you will see the below screen:

After you type your email you should see a banner stating that a confirmation link has been sent to your email.

Note: If you have issues locating the email, please ensure you check Inbox/Promotion/Spam

You will receive the email from "CloudTalk- [email protected]"

Subject will be: "Reset Your Password"

Clicking on the email link will provide a pop-up window titled 'password change'.

2) If you can't reset the password from the link, please contact your account admin to change it for you.

The Admin can find it from

Agent tab > edit agent > New dashboard password- please follow the must contain guidance.

Please note, according to security reasons the support team is not allowed to change passwords or provide information regarding registered email addresses.

If you forget which email address you are using, please contact your account admin.
