Change to a New Password
You can always get to the dashboard from our website by selecting the Login option.
Steps From the Dashboard
Once you are logged into the dashboard, select your
user
in the top corner.Choose
Profile
in the dropdown.Type in the old password and choose a new one which follows the guidelines. Select Save Profile to enact these changes.
Reset a Lost Password
You must be logged out of the dashboard or in incognito mode (
Ctrl + Shift + N
for Windows,โ + Shift + N
for Mac).Click this link for password reset.
You will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your CloudTalk account email and select
Reset password
.Once completed, you should see a banner stating that a confirmation link has been emailed to you. This email will come from [email protected] with the subject Reset Your Password.
Check Promotions and Spam boxes if necessary.
Clicking on the email link will open a new window titled Password change. Enter your new password twice and select
Change Password
to confirm.
Not an admin? You'll need to contact your account admin to change your password or confirm the account email. Admin can navigate to the Agent tab to edit an agent and choose a New dashboard password for them.
