Change Password

If you want to change your password, please navigate to for access to the Dashboard, click on the Login button on the upper right-hand corner.

Click the "Email Address" next to the online/offline status

Choose "Profile"

Here, you will be able to change your password - remember to click SAVE

Reset Password

1) You can reset the password by link:

please log out of the dashboard or use incognito mode browser

You can open one by:

windows- Press Ctrl + Shift + n

Mac- Press ⌘ + Shift + n

After you open the link you will see below:

After you type your email you should see a banner stating that we sent a confirmation link to your email!

From email please check Inbox/Promotion/Spam

You will receive from "CloudTalk- [email protected]"

Subject "Reset Your Password"

From the email you will see the link, that you can click on you will have a pop-up window "Password Change"

2) If you can't reset the password from the link, please contact your account admin to change it for you, Admin can find it from

Agent tab > edit agent > New dashboard password- please follow the must contain

Please note according to security reasons support team is not allowed to change passwords and provide an email address.

If you forget which email address you are using, please contact your account admin.
