Installing CloudTalk Phone on Mac
The installation package for Mac users is delivered as a dmg package. To install the CloudTalk Phone on your computer, please follow the instructions below.
Download the installation file for Mac from our website.
2. Open the file. When your download is complete, double-click it to open.
Important notice: In case you are unable to open the downloaded file, you need to change your security settings. To do this, navigate to the apple icon in the top left of your Mac, access System Preferences, and then find Security & Privacy. You'll need to ensure the following option is enabled as shown below:
Drag and drop CloudTalk Phone app into the Applications folder.
3. Open the application directly in your Applications folder or your spotlight search.
Pro Tip: You can keep the application pinned in the dock. Simply two-finger tap ( or right click) on the app in the Dock. Hover over ”Options”. Tap on “Keep In Dock”.
And that's it!
Once the installation is successfully complete, you can immediately start using the app. Read more about some of the app’s features here.
Installing CloudTalk Phone on Windows
The app for Windows users is delivered as an EXE installation package. To install the app on your Windows computer, please follow the instructions below.
Download the installation file for Windows. The minimum supported version is Windows 7 64bit.
Double-click the downloaded file.
Important notice: If the file cannot be installed, you need to click on More info and confirm the installation again.
The installation will now start:
3. As soon as the installation is complete, the app will launch automatically.

Installing CloudTalk Phone on Linux
The app for Linux users is delivered as AppImage. To install the app on your computer, please follow the instructions below.
Download the installation file for Linux.
2. Double-click the downloaded file.
Important notice: If you are unable to open the downloaded file, you need to set the file as executable. Right-click on the file, select Properties in the context menu and under the Permissions tab, tick the "Allow executing file as program" checkbox.
3. The app will launch and it will automatically be displayed among your other apps.
And that's it.
Once the installation is successfully complete, you can immediately start using the app.
