Please note that SMS is only available upon request. Please contact our team and they will be happy to activate SMS for you. After the SMS feature is activated, you can start using it from your CloudTalk Phone App.
How to use the feature?
- Access your CloudTalk Phone App.
- Navigate to the SMS section in the bottom right section. To write a new message, click on the plus icon.
3. As the next step, you can choose which contact you are going to send a message to.
4. When having more phone numbers connected to the specific agent, you can choose the number, which the message will be sent from.
5. When sending SMS to your customers, you can either create a new message or choose the one from your templates. If needed, you can add the new template message here.
6. All the previous messages are going to be displayed here and you can easily go through text message history of the specific contact or delete specific conversation.
Please remember, that you can send messages only to the phone numbers linked with phones, which are able to read text messages, for instance mobile devices, otherwise the SMSs wont display.
