Setting up your Front integration will allow you to export call and contact data into your Front account. In a few easy steps, you can also start using CloudTalk Phone right from your Front inbox.

In order for the integration to properly export CloudTalk calls to Front, email addresses of CloudTalk agents and their corresponding Front users must match.
CloudTalk Dashboard Setup
Log into CloudTalk Dashboard. Navigate to Account → Integrations from the left menu.
Select Front integration and click on the +Add button to install the integration.
When asked to do so, use your Front credentials or SSO to log into your Front account.
Click Authorize and follow the authorization flow.
After a successful login, you will be redirected back to CloudTalk Dashboard. Select from Your inboxes or Create a new inbox. This will be the location in Front where CloudTalk calls are synchronized. Next.
Customize your integration according to your business needs using the toggles and dropdown options. Synchronized calls will be logged as Archived in your designated Front inbox.
Adding Connected numbers will only log calls for the CloudTalk numbers added. Leave this section blank to log calls for all numbers.
When you are happy with your configuration, remember to Save. The integration must be set to Active (top of page) to start synchronizing your contacts.
Once the integration is set up and Active, your Front contacts will be synchronized with CloudTalk. Be aware that his could take a few minutes.
Q: How can I make sure a particular contact synched correctly?
A: In CloudTalk, the contact will be tagged with the Front icon. Open the contact and click this little icon to be redirected in a new tab to the Front profile of the contact. This Front contact should have a phone number that matches the primary one we have listed for them in CloudTalk.
Configure your CloudTalk CTI within Front
Log into your Front Dashboard account here.
Click the cog ⚙️ in the page header for Settings. Navigate to the App Store tab.
Search for “CloudTalk”, and click See details - Enable plugin.
This will install the CloudTalk Phone CTI for your Front inbox without needing to manually define a plugin or input any URLs.
The first time you launch the dialer, you’ll be asked to:
Sign in with your CloudTalk credentials or use SSO
Allow microphone access
Once enabled, the CloudTalk Phone dialer will appear in your sidebar, letting you make and receive calls without switching tabs.
