Uploading your contacts into CloudTalk is easy and there are several ways how to do it.

In CloudTalk’s interface, click on "Integrations" in the left side menu. Choose the integration that suits your needs.

Google contacts

Sync your Google contacts with CloudTalk in just a few clicks. Launch the synchronization, sign in to your Google account, authorize CloudTalk to download your contact database and let us take care of the rest. Your contacts will be uploaded to CloudTalk in a few minutes and you can start making phone calls.

CSV import

Downloada CSV file with your contacts.Choose a tag that will be used to identify the selected group of contacts. This will later help you search and manage your contacts. Select the country from which most of your phone numbers in the CSV file come. The CSV file should contain phone numbers in their international format (e.g. +421908123456), otherwise we will automatically add the area code of the country that you have selected in this step.

API

Integrate CloudTalk with external systems that you use regularly via our API. Integrations can be used to import and export contacts and for regular downloads of call history, orders, tickets, etc. Once your systems are interconnected with CloudTalk via API, all available information and data will be synchronized regularly.

Use the Custom Fields feature

Create your own custom fields to add important customer data that are relevant for your business (e.g. revenue, profit, evaluation,…).

Monitor and store important customer information thanks to custom fields displayed in each customer’s contact details.
