Yes, all phone calls you make to other CloudTalk users within your company are free of charge.

You can also call to your colleague/agent using Extension number. It is available it in the Agents section (Example: 1001, 1002, 1035, etc).

Important notice: However, please be aware that if you use CloudTalk to call a colleague on his or her cell phone, the call will be charged as an external one.
