Call Recordings are a useful tool that helps you improve customer support, train new employees or check information received over the phone (e.g. for the purposes of orders or other transactions).

You can choose to record inbound calls, outbound calls or intra-company calls. You can then download or listen to individual recordings.

Activating call recording

Please go to Account > Settings and then "Visibility of calls and recordings". Here you can also set up permissions for downloading or listening to call recordings.

You can listen to recordings directly in the Dashboard and in Statistics. At the end of each phone record item, you can choose to listen to the recording or to download it.

You can also listen to recordings from our CloudTalk Phone app after clicking on the selected call.
