This guide explains how CloudTalk pricing plans work, what each plan includes, and how calling bundles, free minutes, and add-ons are applied.

Regional Calling Packs (Included in Plans)

Plans include free calling bundles depending on your country and number setup.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

LATAM domestic bundles

North America + one of:

Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru.

Australia

Domestic calling with applicable plan limits.

Domestic calling means calling within the same country as your CloudTalk phone number.

Example: A German number can call Germany using minutes included in the plan.

Examples

  • A Starter user with French and German numbers receives a total of 500 minutes shared between both numbers.

  • An Essential user with a French number gets unlimited domestic calls in France.

Free Minutes by Country

Different destinations include different minute allowances based on the plan.

Key rules:

  • Unlimited = 3,000 minutes per user per month (Fair Use Policy)

  • Domestic only = call must originate from a number in the same country

  • Combining free minutes across countries is possible, but total allowance remains as defined by the plan

  • Unlimited US/Canada calling does not require a US or Canadian number. Included US/Canada minutes apply regardless of the number you call from, unless a plan or custom contract specifies otherwise.

All minute allowances follow the structure above depending on your plan (Starter, Essential, Expert).

Your Sales or Support representative can confirm your exact configuration.

Mixed Packages (Blended Plans)

Some customers may combine Essential and Expert features.

CloudTalk supports mixed packages on approval.

If your company uses more than one plan level, your Sales Manager or Support team can help configure mixed packages.

Geographic Calling Bundles (Add-ons)

Geographic bundles extend your calling coverage beyond your plan's included countries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 seats

  • Includes unlimited calling to US and Canada

  • Calls to EEA or UK must be made from a valid number in these regions

  • Minutes follow your plan’s per-seat allowance

Each bundle includes mobile and landline calling to supported countries.

Some destinations include landline-only coverage.

Calls made outside your included bundles are charged pay-as-you-go.

Each subscription includes one free number.

SMS rates

SMS rates vary by destination.

Standard SMS limitations and supported content rules apply.

Product Add-ons

CloudTalk offers optional add-ons that you can activate on top of any subscription plan. These add-ons expand your calling, automation, and analytics capabilities.

Conversation Intelligence helps your team analyse customer calls more efficiently.

Price: €/$9 per user per month

Includes:

  • Automatic call transcription

  • Talk-to-listen ratio

  • Sentiment analysis

  • Topic and keyword detection

  • Searchable call history

  • Coaching insights for agents

This add-on is ideal for teams that want to improve call quality, coaching, or QA workflows.

Voice Agents allow you to automate phone conversations using AI. They can answer calls, collect information, process requests, or trigger workflows.

  • Billing model: per minute, typically $0.25/minute for standard use.

  • Volume discounts: if you have high call volume, per-minute cost may go down (e.g. to ≈ $0.10/minute under volume pricing).

  • Inbound and outbound support: Voice Agents can handle both incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Flexible scaling: You pay only for minutes used. No requirement for fixed seats or monthly commitment for the Voice Agent itself.

  • Use cases: Automated answering, call routing, lead qualification, follow-ups, multilingual calling, and more.

CloudTalk’s Dialer add-on gives you access to automated dialing tools that help teams scale outbound calling. Depending on your needs, volume, team size, type of calls, you can pick the dialing mode that works best.

  • Dialer pricing typically depends on volume and usage, i.e. number of calls, call duration, and number of users.

  • For small teams or moderate usage, Power mode offers cost-effective automation.

  • For large-scale campaigns, Predictive/AI dialers may cost more but yield better ROI due to higher throughput.

  • Always evaluate your expected call volume, team size, and campaign type before selecting a dialer mode, the right match helps control cost and maximize efficiency.

Fair Use Policy

Unlimited calling is defined as up to 3,000 minutes per user per month.

PAYG charges

Applied automatically when:

  • Calls exceed included minutes

  • Calls go to destinations not covered by a bundle

Number policies

  • One number per deal is included at no cost

  • Premium numbers above €/$3 are billed according to number pricing lists
