}List contact tags
Returns your contact tag catalogue, sorted by name in character code order. The order is case-sensitive: uppercase letters come before lowercase ones, so Beta comes before alpha. Use each tag’s id wherever this API takes tagIds. Call tags are a separate catalogue: see List call tags.
Read-only tags. A tag with readOnly: true cannot be added to or removed from a contact, renamed or deleted through this API: those requests return 422 CONTACTS.TAG_READ_ONLY. A tag is read-only when either holds:
- It is an integration tag (
type: integration), for example a CRM source tag, or a Zapier or Tray tag. - Any contact has it through a CRM integration, for example a CRM list tag that feeds Dialer campaigns.
One known gap: a CRM list tag whose connection has not synced any contact yet shows readOnly: false until its first sync. Plain tags stay writable, including tags that Dialer campaigns, VIP queues or call flows target.

HTTP Basic Authentication. Use your API Access Key ID as the username and your API Access Key Secret as the password. Generate keys in the CloudTalk Dashboard under Account -> Settings -> API Keys (https://dashboard.cloudtalk.io/menu/account/settings/API-keys).
Query Parameters
Page size, 1 to 100. Out-of-range values are clamped and the value used is echoed in pagination.limit. A value that is not a whole number, such as abc or 1.5, is rejected with 400 VALIDATION.INVALID_PARAMETER.
20
Opaque cursor from a previous page's pagination.next. Pass it back unchanged. A cursor this API did not issue, or one from a request with a different search, is rejected with 400 PAGINATION.INVALID_CURSOR.
1 to 60 characters. Returns tags whose name contains this text, ignoring case. The results keep the same order.
