Paid Plans

We have a 14 day risk-free trial period which lets you fully test what CloudTalk has to offer before committing to a paid subscription.

When upgrading to a paid plan, you will need to provide billing information. CloudTalk allows you to pay using a PayPal account or a credit or debit card, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

American Express (AMEX) payments are supported only for customers billed under CloudTalk’s US entity. If your billing entity is different, please use Visa or Mastercard.

Bank Transfer

Every CloudTalk invoice includes our bank account details. If you'd rather pay by bank transfer, for example, your invoice exceeds your card limit, your card was cancelled, or your company requires wire transfer for larger payments, you can pay directly using the details on the invoice. No need to contact us first.

When making the transfer, include your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match it to your account.

All invoices are due within 15 days of issue.

If you've cancelled your CloudTalk account, you no longer have dashboard access, so the emailed invoice is your copy of the bank details. Lost the email or have a question about your invoice? Reach out through our Support portal and include your invoice number and company name.

Only use the bank details printed on your CloudTalk invoice. If anything about a payment request looks off, verify through our Support portal before transferring.

Privacy of Payment Information

CloudTalk does not retain information from customer credit cards. All data is directly forwarded to our payment processor, meaning CloudTalk does not require access to this information at any stage.

Data is encrypted from the moment the transmission starts. You can read more on our security page. You can also read our terms and conditions, section 7.4 Payment.
