}List user status types
Returns every status type a user in your company can pick: CloudTalk’s built-in types first, then your custom types, each group ordered by id. Use id to set a status and actAs to know how it affects routing. The list is short and comes in one response, without pagination.
Built-in types keep their long-standing ids: Online 7, Idle 9, Offline 11, Busy 17, Break 18, Lunch 19, Meeting 20 and Training 21. Use the ids from this API: a custom type can have a different id elsewhere in CloudTalk.
