This article will help you add a Outreach integration into CloudTalk.

Account admin for an Outreach account
The email address you use in CloudTalk must match exactly with the email address in your Outreach account. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.
Configure Outreach
1.Login to your CloudTalk Dashboard.
2. Go to Account > Integrations.
3. Look for Add Integration. In the Add Integration section, find Outreach and click + Add.
Optional - Give your integration a unique name (useful for companies with separate Outreach integrations for different teams).
4. Look for Workflow Settings. In the Workflow Settings section under Outreach Authentication, click New Authentication.
5. In the Workflow Settings section under Call Settings, select the agent you want to assign call activities to (in cases where the agent who made or received the call is not found in Outreach). Under SMS Settings, you can select the agent to assign SMS and WhatsApp activities to when the CloudTalk agent who sent or received the message is not found in Outreach.
6. Click Finish to save your Workflow settings.
7. To only log calls for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers section.
8. To only log SMS and WhatsApp messages for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers for SMS section.
9. Make sure Integration is set to Active.
10. When changing settings, always click Save.
Disconnect or Remove the Integration
If you no longer want CloudTalk to synchronize data with Outreach, you can disable or permanently remove the integration.
To disable the integration, go to Account > Integrations, locate the Outreach integration, and toggle the status from Active to Inactive.
To delete the integration permanently, open the Outreach integration settings, scroll down, click Delete Integration, and type DELETE to confirm.
