How to configure my ActiveCampaign integration
How to configure my ActiveCampaign integration
Set up your ActiveCampaign to integrate with CloudTalk in order to access helpful CloudTalk features

Before starting, please make sure:

Adding ActiveCampaign in CloudTalk

First, you'll need your ActiveCampaign API Key and API URL. Not sure where to find them? Follow this guide.

Once you have your API Key and API URL:

  1. Login to your CloudTalk Dashboard.

  2. Go to Account > Integrations.

  3. Look for Add Integration. In the Add Integration section, find ActiveCampaign and click + Add.

    1. Optional - Give your integration a unique name (useful for companies with separate ActiveCampaign integrations for different teams).

  4. Look for Workflow Settings. In the Workflow Settings section, click New Authentication.

  5. Enter your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key. Click Create.

  6. Click Finish to save Workflow Settings.

Additional Tips:

  • To only log calls for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers section.

  • To only log SMS messages for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers for SMS section.

  • Check the top of the page. Make sure Integration is set to Active.

  • When changing settings, always click Save.
