How do I set up my HubSpot CloudTalk integration?
HubSpot integration setup is quick and easy. No programming is required: just follow the installation steps and you're good to go.

If you prefer video setups, here's a step-by-step video on setting up the CloudTalk+HubSpot integration:

To configure your HubSpot integration, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to CloudTalk Dashboard account here.

  2. Click on Account > Integrations in the left sidebar menu.

  3. Select HubSpot integration and click on "+Add" button to install the integration.

  4. You will be redirected to the HubSpot Log in page, where you will be required to log into your account.

  5. If you have multiple accounts, you will be asked to choose which one to integrate with CloudTalk.

    You'll then be presented with a scope screen. Grant permission here by clicking Connect app in order to continue.

  6. After successfully logging in, you will be redirected back to the CloudTalk Dashboard.

  7. Once you have completed these steps, your integration is ready. Now you can customize it according to your business needs.

  8. Finally, click on the Save button to activate the integration.

Once the integration is set up, all your HubSpot contacts will be synchronized with CloudTalk.

Thanks to this, your agents will now have all the necessary and important information available during their calls and will be able to open customer's HubSpot contact details with a single click.

Integration customization:

  • Choose which calls will be logged to HubSpot. You can define which calls (inbound, outbound, missed calls and voicemails) to log into HubSpot. The call will be logged a a HubSpot engagement.

  • Pick which CloudTalk numbers should be linked to your HubSpot integration. This will help you better organize your data.

    Important notice: If no number is selected, all numbers will be synced to HubSpot.

  • Decide whether you want to log all calls or only calls made during business hours, as well as when your lines are closed.

  • Choose how to tag your contacts in CloudTalk.

Make calls directly from HubSpot

You can get the click-to-call feature in order to start a call directly from your Chrome browser just by clicking on a number in HubSpot. Simply visit our Click to Call page and follow the installation instructions.

  • Pro Tip: We recommend removing all other Chrome extensions or other telco providers which may interfere with the click-to-call feature.

Disconnecting your HubSpot integration

In the event that you decide to stop using HubSpot with CloudTalk, please refer to the following instructions:

1. Login to your CloudTalk Dashboard account here.

2. Click on Account > Integrations in the left sidebar menu.

3. On this page you'll see your current registered integrations. Select the "Change" button next to your HubSpot integration to access the integration setup page.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the HubSpot setup page and click on the "Delete Integration" button at the very bottom-right of the screen, followed by the "OK" button in the subsequent browser popup window.

Once you have completed these steps, the integration will be deleted from your CloudTalk Dashboard.

Please Note: There are additional steps to follow if you intend to remove the CloudTalk integration in HubSpot as well as deleting the HubSpot integration in CloudTalk.

❗Warning❗ Disconnecting and uninstalling CloudTalk will prevent information such as call data from being shared to and from HubSpot, this can also have implications for any linked HubSpot accounts and the data contained within.
