Configure Bullhorn

Configure data exchange and install the CloudTalk CTI to ensure your data stays up to date and your team can call directly from Bullhorn

This guide explains how to connect Bullhorn with CloudTalk, enable contact synchronization, configure calling from Bullhorn, and disconnect the integration if needed.

Before You Start

Make sure you have the following:

  • Active CloudTalk account

  • Active Bullhorn account

  • Bullhorn Admin permissions to authorize the integration

  • Access to the CloudTalk Dashboard

  • Ability to authorize applications in Bullhorn

Connect Bullhorn to CloudTalk

  1. Log into your CloudTalk Dashboard and navigate to Account > Integrations.

  2. Scroll through the integrations list, hover over Bullhorn, and click ➕ Add.

3. You'll be redirected to the Bullhorn login screen. Enter your Bullhorn credentials.

4. Authorize access to your Bullhorn account to complete authentication.

5. After a successful login, you'll return to the CloudTalk dashboard.

6. Fill in the Caption and optional Contact’s Tag to label Bullhorn contacts in CloudTalk.

7. Activate the integration using the Active / Inactive toggle.

8. Click Save Settings.

The email address you use in CloudTalk must match exactly with the email address in you Bullhorn account. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.

Remove Bullhorn

If you ever need to remove the integration:

  1. In CloudTalk, go to Account > Integrations.

  2. Click Change next to Bullhorn.

  3. Scroll down and hit Delete Integration.

  4. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Disconnecting means CloudTalk will stop syncing with Bullhorn. Any call activity, tags, or notes won’t be logged moving forward.
